She was predeceased by: her husband Neil Vizedom; her sisters, Maxine Hunter and Christine Haverly; and her parents, Hazel Ramey and Hayes Ramey.
She is survived by: her son William Hayes (Vanessa) of Greenville, KY; her granddaughter Stacy Williams of Owensboro, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Sampson of Greenville, KY and Heather Wester of Bremen, KY; her niece Kathy Guyn of North Carolina; and her nephews, Billy Haverly and Donnie Haverly of Indiana. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested towards St. Jude.
