She was predeceased by: her parents, Albrice Miller and Loxie Lee Stroud Miller; and her siblings, Jimmie Miller and Linda Miller. She is survived by: her husband Roger Cissna; her son Jonathon Taylor of Missouri; her stepdaughter Robin Cissna of Ohio County; her brothers, Danny Miller (Kathy) of Pack and Ricky Miller (Julie) of Pack; and her sons, Garrett Scott and Matthew Scott.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel (300 Main St, Calhoun, KY 42327). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
