She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Hughes and Beulah Adeline Earnest Hughes; her siblings, Beulah Dugdale (Sadie), Jessie Aaron, Velmer Hughes, Dorothy Morris, Ben Hughes, Maudie McDaniel and Willie B. Hughes; and her brother-in-law Ted Jureczko.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Robinson (Kris) of Calhoun and Donna Nugent (Wes) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Sarah Abel (Brandon) of Kentucky, Michael Towery (Mandie) of Kentucky, Seth Robinson of Kentucky, Ryan Robinson of Kentucky, Chris Nugent of Kentucky and Meggan Nugent of Michigan; and her sister Virginia Cripps (Willie) of Jena Louisiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
