He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Colwell and Kenneth Colwell; and his siblings, Darrell Lloyd, Sharon Lloyd, Debbie Lloyd and Bonnie Kays.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Howard and Donna White; and his children, Scotty Howard and Ashley Howard. He is also survived by his grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
