She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas G. Pendleton and Alice S. Pendleton; her husband Billy Spencer; her great grandchild Timothy Lamb; her great great grandchild Evalyn Russ; and her sisters, Victoria Clark and Alice Millay (Tommy Greenwell).

She is survived by: her children, William'Bill'Spencer (Vicki) and Deborah'Deb'Walker (Tim); her grandchildren, Christy Herchenrader (Lou), William C. Spencer, Ashley Forrest (David), Chris Wolter, Kristin Lamb (Ronnie), Shannon Young (Jody) and Beth Walker; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Ball.

Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
