We are sad to announce that, on January 3, 2026, at the age of 88, Dorothy A. Stone of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Clay City, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy and Weeda Tipton Mize; and her husband John W. "Bill" Stone. She is survived by: her children, Beth Reynolds (Butch) of Owensboro and Jeff Stone (Nova Peters) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Rachael Clark, Jonathan Stone and Matthew T.; her siblings, Bobby Mize (Helen) and Wilma Lois Willoghby (Tony); and her friend Lilly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her furry companion.
