She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Merrill Tice; her daughter Donna Kay Tice Colbert; her siblings, Junior Hale and Gladys Keown; and her sister-in-law Joanne Hale.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mindi Mills and Jarad Howard; and her great grandchildren, Jayden and Isaac Mills. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
