She was predeceased by: her mother Delphia Craig; and her siblings, Evelyn Joyce VanCleve, Susan Owens and Ernest VanCleve. She is survived by: her husband Omer Watkins, Jr.; her children, Stephanie VanCleve (Jesse Burke), Alex Watkins, Omer Lee Watkins, III, Joseph Wade Watkins, Chasity Watkins and Harlee Watkins; and her siblings, Joann Manning, Debbie Booth and Orville VanCleve. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
