The memory of Emily Louise Jenkins (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Easler and Bessie Easler; her husband Raymond Lee Jenkins; her daughter Sharon Lee Jenkins Wallace; and her siblings, Bobbie Easler, Beverly Ray Easler, Pauline Bryant, Martha Howard and Pearl Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Jenkins of Owensboro and Belinda Buchanan (Bruce) of Taylorsville, KY; her grandchildren, Aliena Burdette (Bryan Reynolds), Tiffany Thomas (Jason), Brian Wallace, Benjamin Wallace (Elizabeth), Samuel Wallace, Ethan Buchanan and Jeremy Buchanan; and her great grandchildren, Leila Wallace, Halen Willoughby and Treyson Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
