He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Powell and Tossie Powell; his significant other Sandra Powell; his nephew Michael Ryan; his great-nephew Ryland Mills; and his grandparents, William and Claudia Johnson.
He is survived by: his uncles, Dr. Ronnie Johnson and Kenny Johnson; his sisters-in-law, Tracey Mills (Jim) and Phyllis Ryan; and his sibling's children, Keli Ryan, Josh Mills (Natalie) and Sarah Vincent (Jackie). He is also survived by 4 great nieces, 2 great nephews, and 2 great-great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ridgewood Baptist Church (800 Carter Rd, Owensboro, KY 42301). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
