She is survived by: her husband Charles David Payne; her son Zach Payne (Christina); her grandchildren, Ashtyn Payne, Haley Cirrincone and Bryanna Woods; and her siblings, Ricky Matlock (Nancy), Sue Garrett, Alice Douglas and Janice Matlock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
