He is survived by: his wife Debbie Chaffin; his children, Kelly Kuykendall (Brent) and John Hodges (Jindy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Cole, Jewell, Blake, Julia, Brittany and Joseph; and his brother Norman (Debbie).
