He was predeceased by: his parents, James Layman and Marian Keelin Layman; his son Dennis Layman; and his great grandchild Tanner Layman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Proctor; his daughters, Becky Layman and Cathy Layman; his grandchildren, Rachel Edmonds (Austin), Ashley Hafling (Logan), Andrew Layman and Zach Layman (Sierra); and his great grandchildren, Richard Edmonds, Brayden, Aiden, Autumn and Sophia Layman.
