He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Barker and Bernice Barker. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Stephens Barker; his siblings, Benita McAlexander, Eddie Barker of Richland and Larry Barker (Pat) of Greenwood, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Angie Weaver (David) and Daryl Stephens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
