It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Rumage Galloway of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rumage and Martine Rumage (Wink); her husband Alfred Galloway; her siblings, Robert (Bob), Hugh, Norman Rumage and Betty Bickett; her siblings-in-law, Ann, Linda Rumage and Alvin Bickett; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee and Ellison Howard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Hardin of Fordsville, Carolyn Infanti of Owensboro and Ronald Rumage (Rosemary) of Owensboro; her sisters-in-law, Mary Rumage and Joann Galloway of Owensboro; her children, Connie Dant of Owensboro, Jackie White of Owensboro, Gerald Galloway of Owensboro, Deborah Istre of Owensboro, Bruce Galloway (Cynthia) of Owensboro and Elaine Dillon (Dwight) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Dwight Dillon (Jeb), Jeremy Dant, Harlan Dillon, Eric White, Jason Dillon, Emilee Woods (Istre), Sean Dant, Seth Dant, Brandon Istre, Nicole White, Valerie Simmons (Dant), Nathan Howard, Rebeccah Diaz (Howard), Zachary Galloway, Sarah Cline (Howard), Joshua Galloway, Jonathan Dillon, Jacob Dillon, Bethany Galloway and Adrianna Oliver (Dillon). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
