He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lee Embry; and his grandparents, Marvin and Palma Warren. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Treanor of Owensboro, Kentucky and Sean Treanor of Owensboro, Kentucky; his close friend Joann Treanor of Owensboro, Kentucky; his brother Mike Embry of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; and his aunts, Celia Drake of Morgantown, KY and Jolene Johnson (Les) of Beaver Dam, Kentucky. He is also survived by two nephews and several cousins; and a host of friends.
