He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Jeff Johnson (Jan), David Johnson (Holly), Daniel Johnson, Hugh Johnson, Jr. (Crystal) and Susan Johnson (Jason); and his siblings, Mark Johnson (Joanne), Martha Johnson (Jim Shufflebarger) and Helen Johnson-Blandford (Tom). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
