She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Hayes and Della Hayes (House); her husband Bobbie Madlem; her daughter Pamela Sue Madlem; her grandsons, Brannon McKay and Daylin Matthews; her great great grandchild Navy Lynn Purcell; her grandson-in-law David McKay; and her son-in-law Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Madlem of Washington, IN, Scott Madlem of Owensboro, KY, Vickie Madlem-Bandy (Ed) of Owensboro, KY and Penny Snyder of Fordsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Kelly Barrow (Eric), Stacy McKay (Jason), Brad Madlem, Courtney Frantz (Mike), Nikki Anderson (Randall), Whitney Stinnett (Josh) and Brittiany Matthews. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; one brother, and one sister.
