He was predeceased by: his father James Cleo Schrecker; his nephew Steven Marshall Coons; and his grandparents, Marshall, Eddie Norris, Herman and Lottie Schrecker.
He is survived by: his mother Doris Ann Norris Schrecker; his son Jacob Tyler Schrecker (Rebecca Buchanan) of Lexington; and his siblings, Larry Schrecker (Sue), Stephen Lynn Schrecker, Marsha Douglas (Loren) and Theresa Coons (Scott).
