He is survived by: his children, Trisha Todd (Obbie) of Owensboro and James Kevin Chancellor of Owensboro; his son-in-law Charlie Pennington; his grandchildren, Laurel Pennington Lippay (Norm), Leslie Pennington, James Pennington (Becca), Obbie Tyler Todd (Kelly) and Grant Taylor Todd (Kacey); and his great grandchildren, Roman Todd, Ruby Todd, Calvin Todd, Caroline Todd, Clark Todd, Timothy Pennington and Daniel Pennington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
