He was predeceased by: his parents, William Payne and Virgina Millay Payne; his wife Mary Payne; his son Timmy Payne; and his sister Mary Ann Postelwaite (Tom).
He is survived by: his children, Greg Gaddis (Dee), Tonya Thompson (Steve), Gina Jessen (Rob), Kim Moran (Shane) and Brenda Jaakkola; and his brother Richard Payne (Gina). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
