She is survived by: her husband Charles "Bill" William DeHaven of Owensboro; her siblings, Paul Ralph Lambert, Jr. (Joyce) and Rebecca "Becky" Carrico (David) of Owensboro; her sons, Aaron Matthis of Owensboro and Jon Michael Matthis (Lauren) of Evansville; her stepdaughter Heather Enright (Michael) of Shreveport, LA; and her grandsons, Bentley, Oliver, Sullivan and Sean Enright. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
