Jean Epperson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Epperson of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on August 23, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas John Maben and Elizabeth Reynolds Maben; her husband Kenneth O. Epperson; her children, Lyle, Robert Epperson and Linda McCoy; and her siblings, Robert Maben, Susan Patrick and Kitty Pierce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ava Heep (Stewart) of Owensboro and Carla Thomas of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Patti Whitten, Rae Mayfield, Kenny Epperson, Ron Heep (Joni) and Mike Heep (Cindy); and her sister Elaine Turnidge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
