He was predeceased by: his parents, William Culbertson and Bessie Culbertson; and his brothers, William, Ariel, James, Walter, Paul, Howard Gerald, Eual and Donnie Culbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Culbertson (Laster); his sons, Terry Culbertson (Laurie) and Robin Culbertson (Mary); his grandchildren, Clay Culbertson, Chase Culbertson, Lauren Culbertson Greico (Chris), Amy Culbertson Gardner (C. J.) and Wade Evans; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Gardner and Boden Gardner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Lone Star Cemetery.
