He was predeceased by: his parent Della Carter (Sweat). He is survived by: his wife Deloris "Fay" Mulholland of Owensboro; his children, Alex Mulholland (Mary) of Owensboro and Tonya Emery of Bennington; and his sister Charlene Mulholland of Dillsboro. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
