He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Higdon and Mary Ellen Higdon; his siblings, Tony and Joellen; and his siblings-in-law, Paula and Ed.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his siblings, Helena, Fred (Debbie) and Larry; his stepdaughter Katie; his friends, Lynn Payne and Phil Roberts; Margaret. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
