He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Oliver, Annie Willis and James McDaniel. He is survived by : his wife Ginny Jones McDaniel; his parents, Roger McDaniel and Deborah McDaniel; his sons, Jeffrey McDaniel (Jaycee), Cameron McDaniel (Ashley) and Trevor McDaniel; his grandchildren, Declan (Emmilynn McDaniel) and Carrington; his stepsons, Samuel Lindsey, Nicholas Jones (Katie) and Matthew Ball; his brother James S. McDaniel; and his grandmother Virgie McDaniel.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
