He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cecil and Thelma Cecil; and his siblings, Larry, David of Darrell, JR, Owen, Robert, Mary, Patty, Margie, Ruthie and Debbie.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cecil; his sons, Bernard Wayne Cecil (Julia) and Kenneth John Austin (Gaynelle); his grandchildren, Joseph'Joe'Cecil (Karli), Lexie Cecil, Samantha Brown (Jarred), Shane Haire (Mollie) and Kaitlyn Mayes (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Annmarie Brown, Adalynn Brown, Ellie Haire, Emmelyn Haire, Hudson Case Haire, Lincoln Mayes and Madison Mayes.
