He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Kelly and Louise Mulligan Kelly; and his siblings, Billy Kelly and Betty Lott. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kelly; his daughters, Janet "Dianne" Schaeffer (Jimmy) and Cindy Dossett (Terry); his grandchildren, Jayme Ballard (Joe), Jacob Coomes (Amanda), Jackie Ball, Brooke Schaeffer (Mark) and Jessi Sullivan (Kris); his great grandchildren, Joseph, Clara, Leigha, Trevor, Wyatt, Sawyer, Lanie, Destinee (Dejuan Alexander), Logan, Andre Reed, Oakley, Kash, Alaina, Lyle and Marlee; his great great grandchild Arkaiah Alexander; and his sister Judy Croslin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
