He was predeceased by: his father William; and his brother Carl Kimbley. He is survived by: his siblings, William Kelley, Jr. (Nuruk Kelley), Mary Susan Booth (Mike Booth), Daniel Levi Kelley, Patricia Anne Kelley, Charles Andrew Kelley (Maricar Kelley) and Glenn Ellis Kelley (Pamela Kelley); his family, Bill and Locke; Bill Bland.
