She is survived by: her husband Terry Spence; her sons, Jim Hamilton (Lottie) and Joe Hamilton of Owensboro; her sister Shirley Koontz; her nieces, Kim Eisenmenger, Mary Ruth Cravens, Lisa Bell and Tammy Hayden; and her grandchildren, Justin Hamilton, Logan Hamilton, Ryan Hamilton, Krystal Donnell, Vanessa Whittaker (Gilbert), Summer Trogden and Chase Trogden (Sarah).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery (1300 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303).
