She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Chappell and Mary Rose Chappell (Fenwick); her husband Thomas Larry Bittel I; and her siblings, William "Bill" Chappell, Charles Earl Chappell, Matilda Harvell and Martha Wathen.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Nugent (Tim), Tommy Bittel and Timmy Bittel (Amanda); and her siblings, Mary Pearl Miller, James K. Chappell and Joe Chappell (Florence).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony Parish (261 St Anthony Rd, Utica, KY 42376).
