She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Chappell and Mary Rose Chappell (Fenwick); her husband Thomas Larry Bittel I; and her siblings, William "Bill" Chappell, Charles Earl Chappell, Matilda Harvell and Martha Wathen.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Nugent (Tim), Tommy Bittel and Timmy Bittel (Amanda); and her siblings, Mary Pearl Miller, James K. Chappell and Joe Chappell (Florence). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
