She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William Earl, Flo Ella Gray and Bessie Nugent. She is survived by: her parents, Daniel W. Payne Sr. and Joyce Gray Peercy; her daughter Brettleine D. Hulsey; her grandson Cyrus Moffett; her stepgrandson Maddyx Pierce; and her brothers, Danny Payne (Tina) and Doug Payne (Lisa). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
