He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Burns (Angela), Kurt Burns and Seth Long; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Burns and Jakob Burns; and his siblings, Bruce Burns (Ann), Robbie Burns (Kim), Lisa Burns-Kirby (Ottaway) and Tami Burns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
