He is survived by: his wife Deerita Hoover; his sons, Justin Underwood of Livermore, Nate Underwood (Jackie) of Buck Creek and Joey Hayden of Dundee; his grandchildren, Maddie, Jessa, Jasper, Bridgett, Ely and Gavin; his brothers, Chris Underwood (Joyce) of Livia and Steve Underwood (Shannon) of Buck Creek; and his brother-in-law Robert Hoover (Linda) of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
