She was predeceased by: her parents, Ney "Buddy" Hazelrigg and Helen Ryan Hazelrigg. She is survived by: her brother Mark Hazelrigg (Kim Smith Hazelrigg); and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Hazelrigg, Jennifer Hazelrigg and Rachel Hazelrigg.
