He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wirth and Shirley Hendrix Wirth; and his brother David Louis Wirth. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his stepchildren, Scott McIntosh of Cumming, GA, Jennifer Carroll (Brian) of Marietta, GA, Melissa McIntosh of Owensboro and Holly Hykes (Justin) of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Andrew McIntosh (Jasmine), Caitlin Gillihan, Jeremy McIntosh, Dean Hykes and Shelby Hykes; his great grandchild Drew; and his siblings, Terri Waltrip of Lexington, KY, Marion "Dukie" Tabor of Middlebury, IN, Patti Greenwell (Doug) of Greenville, SC and Carol Parker of Midway, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
