She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Westerfield and Bea "Ralph" Westerfield; her son Jason Edge; and her sister Elizabeth Davies. She is survived by: her husband Richard Wayne Edge; her children, Jeremy Edge (Sheryl) and Jenny Hayes (Louis); her grandchildren, Alexis Whalen (John), Addison, Haley Edge, Conner and Benji Hayes; her great grandchildren, John, Shepherd, Parker and Cooper Whalen; and her siblings, Brenda, Stephen and Dawn Westerfield.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A prayer was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (4029 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301).
