She is survived by: her husband Vincent A. Cecil; her children, Victoria Cecil and Charles Christopher Cecil; her sister Shirley Payton Hays (Jim); her brothers-in-law, Wendell Sandefur, Carl Martin, Perry Cecil, Donald Cecil (Vicky), Kenneth Cecil (Sheila) and Martin Cecil; and her pet Marcellino. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
