She is survived by: her husband William Kent Kassinger; her children, Dr. Samuel Kassinger, Joey, Nicole Kassinger and Mikey Kassinger; her stepchildren, William "Billy", Crystal Kassinger, Donald, Beverly Kassinger and Kim Kassinger; her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Graham Simmons, Christian, Winter Kassinger, Fallon Marie Kassinger, Nicolas Kassinger, Luke Kassinger, Savannah Kassinger, Sierra Kassinger, Dusty Willis and Ricky Willis; and her brothers, Rayburn "Bucky" (Wendy Geary) and Bill Geary. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
