He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Jo Rickard; his father-in-law Melvin Pagan; his nephew Blake Moore; and his grandparents, Webb, Evalee Rickard, A. O. and Sudie Sapp.
He is survived by: his mother Marion "Jackie" Sapp Rickard; his daughter Lauren McGregor (Davis) of Cadiz; his stepdaughter Brande Chase of Owensboro; his stepgranddaughter Molly; his sister Dana Rickard of Sarasota, Florida; his nephew Eric Moore (Crystin) of Bowling Green; his mother-in-law Pat Pagan of Owensboro; his brother-in-law Mickey Pagan (Cindy) of Mooresville, Indiana; and his nieces, Hannah Golibersuch (Ryan) of Nicholasville and Abbie Prater (Aaron) of Georgetown. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
