He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norman and Phyllis Brough West. He is survived by: his wife Polly Coates West; his children, Jessica West Bratcher (Keith) of Brandenburg and Jonathon Donnell West (Jessica) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Carolyn West and Alex West (Emily); and his siblings, Linda Shapley (Jerry) of Kannapolis, Susan Taylor (Don) of Richmond, Ellen Taylor (Donald) of Richmond and Paul West of Staunton, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
