He is survived by: his wife Martha Faye Hayden; his children, Neal Hayden, James Hayden (Sandy), Diane Pepper (Jeff), Lisa Smith (Paul), Sherry Phillips (Joe) and Jennifer Boarman (John); his siblings, Sam Hayden, Frank Hayden and Margaret Blincoe; his grandchildren, David (Heather), Nathan, Matthew, Melissa (Matt), Spencer, Andrea, Cece, Sidney, Caleb and Logan; and his great grandchildren, J. D., Maggie and Olivia.
