She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Knight and Lenora Shellman Knight; her husband James "Gary" Riney; and her siblings, Beth Smith, George, Bill and Wayne Knight.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Riney Guernsey; her grandchildren, Emily, Grant and Grace Guernsey; and her siblings, Rita Webb (Otis), Marie Haycraft (Joe), Ruby Davis, Sue White (Hewitt), Alice Knight, Frank Knight, Don Knight (Bob) and Bobby Knight (Lori). She is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalene Building (7232 KY-56, Owensboro, KY 42301). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Diocese of Owensboro - Senior Priest Apartments, or Baptist Health Foundation (Palliative Care Program).
