He is survived by: his wife Karen Royal MacDonald; his sister Virginia "Gin" McFarland of East Palestine, OH; his daughters, Jayne Banks Harte (Daniel) and Elaine Banks Clark (David); his grandchildren, Madison, Hannah, Dawson, Emmah, Bronson and Stellah Clark; and his sister-in-law Kathy Shouse.
