He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Dean Price Tanner; his wife Mary Jill McLevaine Tanner; and his daughter Taran Michelle McLevaine. He is survived by: his son Jacob Michael Tanner (Jessica); his father Don Tanner; his grandchildren, Brayden Dominick, Anna Tanner, Riley Mauzy and Morgan Mauzy; and his brother James Lee "Jim Bob" Tanner (Elizabeth).
