She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Mercer and Cora Lee Haley Mercer; her husband Michael "Mike" W. Barnhart; and her siblings, Lou Coombs, Ruth Smith, J. L. and Casey Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Beyke (Jeff) of Crestwood, KY, Michael "Scott" Barnhart (Tara) of Mandeville, LA and Christopher Barnhart (Felicia) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Andrew Beyke (Kayla), Melanie Moore (Daniel), Taylor, Alexis, Haley and Ian Barnhart; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Leighton, Layna, Lynley Moore, Joey Layne Beyke and Andrew Michael Beyke, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
