We bid farewell to Nancy Hulsey of Owensboro, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 22, 2025 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by: her parents, Schneider Grant and Eva Mae Grant; her husband Allen Ray Hulsey; her stepsons, Jeff Hulsey and Michael Hulsey; and her brother Jerry Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Howard (Chris), Virgil Howard (Tera), Matthew Howard (Jessica), Samantha Harker (Joel) and Eva Coons (Chris); and her sister Shirley Neff. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
