She is survived by: her husband Paul Mansfield; her sons, Keith Burke of Marion, KY and Scott Burke (Ina) of Marion, KY; and her grandchildren, Shelly Bailey Kristy Smith, Chasity Vidal, Nina Smith, Nathan Burke, Ashley Jones, Cody Burke, Andrew Burke, Necole Nolan and Morgan Burke. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
