He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Otto and Alsie Oane McDivitt (Gray); his brother Jimmy Darrel; his sister-in-law Dolores McDivitt; his sister Peggy Sue; his brother-in-law Haskin Davis; his siblings, Gary Jo McDivitt and Janice McDivitt; and his brother-in-law Jere H. Hadley.
He is survived by: his close friend Norris; his wife Elise Hadley McDivitt; his sons, Stan McDivitt (Leah-Marie) of Owensboro and N. Edwin McDivitt, Jr. (Lily) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, S. Curt McDivitt II (Sanghyun Lee) of Dayton, OH, Nathan McDivitt (Claudia) of Acworth, GA, Patrick McDivitt (Millie) of Albany, CA and Rachel McDivitt of Nashville, TN; his great grandchildren, Etain Hiui, Norris Rhett, Zoe Margaret, Jean Bea and Mae Elise McDivitt; his siblings, Rosemary Hadley and Sammy McDivitt; his sisters-in-law, Patsy McDivitt and Tanya McDivitt; and his caregivers, Brooklyn, Erica and Veronica. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
